The School Room - Stupidity Rewarded

From the moment I entered the headmistresses study without knocking on the door and leaving the 1000 lines (all hand written - surprisingly) and homework still in my bag the punishment ahead was guaranteed to be of a prolonged and severe nature. The headmistress was actually on holiday and the deputy headmistress was her twin sister the sadistic Margo! The lines were well presented and reasonably neat - the essay was - most certainly not. The essay now read ( with it has to be admitted great difficulty ) was now a mass of items circled in red ink the spelling absolutely atrocious - if anything it had deteriorated from the previous months disaster. The shake of the head and the look on the headmistresses face said it all as yet another word was highlighted. Questioned as to my choice of subject for the essay I chose to remain silent. The way this punishment was to conclude was shocking in its outcome! The essays subject had obviously hit a nerve with the headmistress (sharing the same musical tastes as her sister) and the hand strapping that followed most certainly proved the point. A lengthy over knee spanking followed which led into a brutal session with the slipper paddle wielded like never before the back handed blows were certain to leave severe bruising, and did. The hand strapping with the 'Irish Strap' hit new heights, this strap when new was not considered to be a satisfactory form of correction, and this has most certainly changed! Now more flexible it is a strap to be highly respected, each hand held out by the fingers the headmistress strapped each hand in turn. Starting off with slow deliberate strokes then increasing in frequency and strength, both hands were numb once the headmistress was satisfied with her handy work. Now bent over the 'Irish Strap' was again in action and again leaving its mark. The conclusion to this deserved punishment was both surprising and shocking in its outcome, only one cane was to be used and the mess it left was more akin to have been dealt with by the sjambok or another of the severe whips . The caning was prolonged with no holding back each stroke stinging intensely with increasing force 'behind' each blow - which cane had been used the Junior Cane - beware!!!!!
The essay that probably caused this outcome was titled "Why Shakin Stevens is a better singer than Andrea Bocelli ! (possibly the most stupid and antagonistic thing I have ever written)
